Logistic Operation Executive
Responsibilities
Oversee & coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound & outbound shipments
Ensure timely delivery & smooth coordination with clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, and transporters
Handle client inquiries, shipment arrangements & all necessary import/export documentation
Prepare quotations, reports & maintain accurate logistics & inventory records
Track & update shipment ETD/ETA, ensuring prompt delivery & customer satisfaction
Build & maintain positive business relationships with clients through regular communication
Assist in applications for import duty/tax exemption & required permits (SIRIM, CIDB, MIDA/MITI)
Ensure compliance with local & international shipping regulations
Resolve logistics issues promptly & ensure adherence to SOPs & compliance procedures
Perform any other tasks assigned by superiors or management
Requirements
Diploma or higher in business, marketing, logistics or supply chain management
At least 3 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Languages: English, Chinese, Malay; Mandarin fluency preferred
Good teamwork, mature thinking, self-motivated, customer-focused, great phone etiquette
Excellent & positive working attitude with high self-motivation

Logistic Operation Intern
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily logistics operations
Support inbound & outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders & transport companies under supervision
Assist in preparing quotations & shipping documentation
Monitor shipment tracking (ETD/ETA) & update relevant parties
Assist in updating customers on shipment status & follow up on delivery
Help resolve minor logistics issues & discrepancies under supervision
Maintain logistics records & inventory updates
Learn to identify & understand HS tariff codes
Perform other tasks as assigned
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
Basic understanding of logistics/shipping processes preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Languages: English, Chinese, Malay; Mandarin fluency preferred
Good communication & coordination skills
Attention to detail & strong responsibility
Able to work independently & in a team

Sales Assistant
Responsibilities
Develop & implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals & expand customer base
Identify & drive new business opportunities in sea, air & land freight via meetings, cold outreach, networking, referrals & trade events
Manage domestic sales operations, daily sales activities, customer satisfaction, revenue growth & individual KPIs
Prepare & present quotations, proposals & pricing in timely & professional manner

Requirements

Warehouse Executive
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, organizing, and managing inbound and outbound shipments to ensure smooth flow of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Plan, organize, and optimize the warehouse layout to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure all goods are properly labelled, stored, and handled according to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely movement of goods.
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies or operational issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse safety regulations.
- Provide regular performance reports and updates to the superior.
- Operate forklift safely and efficiently (Valid forklift license required).
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication skills in multilingual Malay, English and Chinese. Preferable candidates that are fluent in Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Valid forklift license with practical operating experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and safety standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under time-sensitive conditions and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams.
